3) The purpose of processing personal data is recruitment, and failure to submit them will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment for the position indicated in the job offer

4) Personal data will be stored by the administrator for one year

5) The person applying for employment has the right to: access data, rectify and delete data, limit processing, transfer data, object to data processing, lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection and withdraw consent to use contact data.

Legal basis for processing: art. 221 of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended), art. 87 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labor market institutions (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1265), art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE L 119/1 of 4.5.2016).
